About Us
My Visiting Doctors started by making home visits to patients who are functionally unable to attend their doctor’s office. The COVID-19 global pandemic and the subsequent lockdown has made this need even more glaring; providing an opportunity to expand our services to patients who have to stay indoors and still require health care assistance.
We have taken our experience in making home visits and broadened it to include patients who are experiencing mobility restrictions during this period and beyond.
Today, we bridge the gap by being the alternative online care service for medically necessary, non life-threatening conditions where patients are unable to get to their primary care physician.
My Visiting Doctors is designed around the model of primarily online consulting and home visits – as long as you are within our geographical location and meet the criteria for home visits as specified by your insurance carrier.
We provide world-class stop-gap care. Following our consultation, we recommend that patients make follow-up appointments with their respective physicians within their insurance network as required.
In all instances, we will do our best to work together with your provided primary care provider to transfer consultation notes for better continuity of care. We are changing the face of healthcare.

Owner and Primary Doctor: My Visiting Doctors, Inc and Medical Home Doctors, ILC Expertise in quality management of geriatric population with recorded excellent measurable outcomes.
Dr. Uzoho is Board Certified in Family Practice. He attended the University of South Florida where he graduated with honors with a Bachelors degree in Biology. He continued on to receive his Medical Degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his Internship at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Strafford, New Jersey. Dr. Uzoho completed the Osteopathic Program at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.
He is the former Medical Director of the Stoke Rehabilitation Program, the former Assistant Medical Director at Springhill Health and Rehab. Dr. Uzoho is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Occupational Medicine Association and American Cranial Academy. He holds additional certification in Neuromuscular Development Technique (NDT), Movement Opportunity Via Education (MOVE), and Cranial Sacral Technique.
Dr. Uzoho has special training in Movement Disorders including Vestibular Rehab Therapy. He is also a licensed Physical Therapist.
Dr. Uzoho enjoys reading, soccer, traveling and fitness.

Lauren is a result-oriented Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, proficient in providing excellent medical care to patients in nursing homes and in Assisted Living Facilities while adhering to regulatory rules and standards. Having previously practised as a Registered Nurse, she has gained experience in critical care nursing both within a hospital and private practice setting. She displays excellent people skills, and a caring and comforting personality guaranteed to calm patients and advance rapid recovery.

Kindness Uzoho is a trained coding and billing specialist. She helps us manage insurance claims, invoices, and payments. She also ensures proper coding services, procedures, diagnoses, and treatments. She is also responsible for preparing and sending invoices or claims for payment.

Christy Bell is a caring and efficient licensed practical Nurse, proficient and experienced not only in providing excellent medical care to patients but in office administration, while adhering to regulatory rules and standards. She is responsible for hiring new staff, negotiating employee benefits, developing personnel policies, resolving labor conflicts, maintaining equipment, ordering medical supplies, ensuring compliance with all government guidelines, guaranteeing medical records are stored properly, completing all necessary regulatory paperwork.

Juju Ndudim is a seasoned registered nurse, proficient and experienced in providing excellent medical care to patients in nursing homes, doctors offices and in Assisted Living Facilities. She is our nurse manager, responsible for supervising the nursing staff. She also oversees patient care, makes management and budgetary decisions, sets work schedules, coordinates meetings, and helps to make decisions about nursing recruitment.

Stephanie Reyes is a caring practical nurse, proficient and experienced in providing excellent medical care to patients in nursing homes, doctors offices and in Assisted Living Facilities while adhering to regulatory rules and standards. With previous experience as an office manager, she has the needed skills to function as a clinical coordinator. Her duties are to oversee the day to day operations of our organization. Coordinating care teams for patients, and acting as a liaison between patients, patient families, and health care professionals. Stephanie displays excellent people skills, and a caring and comforting personality guaranteed to calm patients and advance rapid recovery.
